SEM project target groups are public institutions founded or owned by Karlovac County: hospitals, medical centres, social care centres, nursing homes, pharmacies, primary and secondary schools, administrative buildings of Karlovac County and The Institute of Public Health of Karlovac County.
The ultimate beneficiaries of the project are 3.570 employees in public institutions, 5.494 pupils of primary schools, 5.712 secondary school students and 140.000 citizens of Karlovac County as healthcare system users.
